At Sports Replay - Sports Excellence, we will try to have your order shipped within 36 hours if the order is placed Monday through Thursday, or by Wednesday if you place it Friday through Sunday. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to ship. Shipping times due vary depending on destination, most packages ship within 7 days across Canada. All orders shipped to Canadian destinations are shipped ground with UPS, FEDEX or Canada Post.
*FREE SHIPPING OVER $100: Orders that total $100.00 or more before tax are eligible for free ground shipping within Canada. Certain items will not be eligible I.E. Oversize items such as: (Bikes, Chest Protectors, Hockey or Lacrosse Sticks, Wakeboards, Water Skis, Wheel bags, Scooters, Goalie Pads, Skis, Snowboards, or any other large items). This is a ground service that takes 2-12 business days depending on your location.
All other Shipping Costs are based on a Calculated Rate system. When making a purchase through Sports Replay, the Canada Post shipping calculator is used to determine the total cost of shipping based on the weight/size of the item and the distance it has to travel. Sports Replay also offers an 'In Store Pick-up' option for residents of British Columbia who would like to skip the shipping and pick it up themselves from our store.
